Personality tests
As I promised you in this Christmas "this or that" post, I wanted you to get to know me a little bit better. So I thought I'll answer some of those "this or that" questions that are so popular on Instagram. I find them really fun to fill out, but I also like seeing what others have answered as I think they tell a lot more about a person than, say, a "25 things about me"!
Firstly, I wanted to see whether I am a true INTJ. If you don't know the Myers-Briggs personality test, it assigns people to 16 different personality types, based on a combination of four characteristics (Extraversion (E) or Introversion (I), Sensing (S) or Intuition (N), Thinking (T) or Feeling (F) and Judging (J) or Perceiving (P)). If you're interested, you can take the test for free here! I've done the test twice, with a couple of years in between, and both times I came out as an INTJ.
Interestingly, I only scored 5/10 on this short test. It probably isn't too scientific, but I'm now wondering whether I should take the test again! Edit: I took the test again, and this time I'm an ISFJ! However, it seems I am strong on Introversion and Judging, and towards the middle on Sensing and Feeling, so maybe I am a strong I and J, and I'm in the middle on N/S and T/F.
I got a higher score on the short ISFJ quiz, but only slightly. In conclusion, it seems I am close to both INTJ and ISFJ! Funnily enough, the career prospects for an ISFJ correspond very closely to my new job!
Second test - I took a short Hogwarts Sorting Quiz (fellow Potterheads here?!? - let me know in the comments!). I've taken the official Pottermore Sorting Quiz and I always get sorted into Hufflepuff - however, I secretly think I'd be a Ravenclaw!
It seems that Pottermore's decision has been confirmed - I am a Hufflepuff! It's still nice to see that Ravenclaw would be my second house :)
Finally - just a short "this or that" challenge!
Hopefully you have more of an idea of my personality! I'd love to hear your Myers-Briggs personality type, and your Hogwarts house if you're a Potterhead, in the comments!
Love,
Maddy-Lou
